The Zero2Hero humankind program is informed by an evidence-based model called compassion-focus therapy. Year 9 Gifted and Talented students attended the first of four workshops this week. Highlights from this program includes creating compassionate school communities, teaching emotional regulation, improving students’ self-talk and self-care, and learning how to recognise struggle in friends, family and communities.
