Each of these disciplines provides a pathway to post secondary studies and caters to students who wish to pursue either a university or a Registered Training Organisation (ETO) or pathway beyond secondary school. All courses contain elements of written work as well as a large proportion of the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
Students who are involved in The Arts also have the opportunity to participate in many extra curricular events. The many opportunities to exhibit in the Arts disciplines include festivals and community performances, competitions, tours, school performances and showcases. Where there is a call for art to be featured in or to enhance our publications or events Willetton SHS endeavours to choose from the high quality artworks created by our students.
The Arts program at Willetton SHS has a long tradition of providing a rewarding and rigorous experience for students as well as the necessary skills to pursue careers both within and outside of The Arts.
